What can you recommend for what? Or if you’re looking for a recommendation?
Anyone recommend an app for getting back into running? Am keen to start again |

I use Runtastic to log all of my runs.
It has bespoke training programs from absolute beginners to those running 2hr20 marathons
It will start with simple 15 minute plans of walking and jogging to build up strength and stamina and then take you further
It also manages across multi sports |

"Zombies, Run! is really good fun, or there's the Couch to 5k NHS one that can be good. I'm not sure what level you're at/were at, apologies if patronising! "
Thank you so much. You can say whatever you like to me, I’ll never take it as patronising |

There and to the left a bit |
One of my most useful apps is Vouchercloud - use it a lot if out and about, particularly if eating out - can save up to 50% on the price of a meal.
Has discount codes for other things too |

I use an app called Too Good To Go. Food shops and restaurants can advertise cut-price food before they close to reduce food waste.
It's not widely used by shops at the moment so your nearest shop can be a long way away, but it's getting better as word spreads, and it's dead handy if you are in the right place at the right time. |

I keep getting ads for that when I play Candy Crush or Scrabble but have to confess to being a little sceptical but you recommend? |

"Shazam is good too. If you don’t know a music track that’s playing, you tap on it and it tells you the song title and artist. "
Ooohhh forgot Shazam - it's brilliant and use it all the time - just the other day the music in the Heathrow programme was bugging me where I'd heard it before and despite narration over the top of it Shazam got it straight away |

"KeepSafe for hiding photos you don’t want others to see.
How does this work?
Got to the stage where I'm scared to show anyone my phone just in case jo x"
It's a folder/ app like drop box which you can set to be your default storage for camera photos |

It's a good app but more shops need to use it so more users need to spread the word to shops. Yes, I do recommend it because it's a good objective but there's a good chance there won't be anything near you. |

Most recent Samsung's have a password protected Secure Folder that can be used that way - all you have to remember is to move pics there and also move any that synch to Google Photos to Archive |
