Rollercoasters. I refused going on them when I was a kid as I hated that feeling in my stomach at the top of a drop.

Now I love them and that feeling I'm my stomach doesn't bother me anymore. I've been going on Rollercoasters for over 10 years

Fish. Hated it with a vengeance as a kid, now enjoy it in little quantities.

Yoghurt. Used to hate it, now can't get enough.
