I wish!
I can only take antihistamines if ‘absolutely necessary’ and I’m not allowed to take them daily (I’m pregnant).
Last year I was taking four or five of the ‘one a day’ tablets, I had eye drops, the nasal spray....used to pour water on my face and in my eyes, was horrible! Makes me feel so shit and awful |

It’s a bastard. I try everything and nothing of any consequence works other than whiskey for me. If I drink enough I start to forget about the running nose , chapped skin around the nose and streaming red eyes |

Get some local honey. Take twice a day.. works a treat for me. Also keep your windows closed as much as possible and change your bedding (don't air outside). Shower before bed so you aren't transferring pollen from your head to your pillow and back onto your face. Wear sunglasses outside if possible (reduces amount of pollen hitting your eyes). Apply a little vaseline to the inside of your nose (helps trap pollen) |

Thanks for the advice! I'm on at least two tablets a day, need to get some spray.
I've heard of the local honey idea, definitely worth looking into.
I'm thinking he whiskey sounds the best idea Hough... |
