I used to knock hell out of houses with 4lb mash hammer while rewiring a house a day...
Great for releasing all the pent up energy, and paid for it too..

Sadly it's eating
My go to thing for comfort which then makes me dislike myself even more. It's a bit like being stuck in a hamster wheel with my cheeks stuffed full of carbs! |

"If sex wasnt on the table...what is your best stress relief?
Sex on the bed then, or in the shower, the woods, a field at night etc.
Alternatively I'd play the piano for hours and hours. " Sex isn’t on the table, we’ve already been told off |

"The gym. Or I tattoo the shit out of someone.
Really? Is that a cure for constipation? "
LMAO. No. But sticking a needle in someone is very therapeutic.
Especially when they come out with something yr both proud of |

"The gym ....
I can’t get as often as I’d like but when the pressure is on at work it’s my go to point "
Gym is great I go regularly for the health/fitness element, but also includes socialising with friends I have made there
Gym is highly recommended for those that don't go or never been. Amazing benefits and well worth it. Nice to see how people progress over time in achieving their goals/targets. |

Mine I'd going to a Driving Range and hitting some golf balls as hard as I can."
If I can keep away from religious psychopaths armed with a pair of scissors, then it's walking the dog for me.
The golf does it too though, played this evening.

For me, it's Music.
Not just anything, but Choral music at its most pure & gentle style.
Tomas de Luis Victoria or Byrd, or Tallis, or Lassus just send me into a dream like state of mind. Utterly relaxed afterwards. |

I feel relaxed after listening to Thai music and waterfalls for half an hour, but that's another story. |

Haha sexercise is fun
If sex is off the table like the OP is saying then sports/gym is another way to get sweaty. Not as pleasurable, but effective. |

A good long cwtch with Holly works wonders for me but abseiling off a sea cliff and finding the craziest way possible to climb back up it works pretty well too!!

I would agree - the benefits aren’t just fitness, it’s good for mental health too and yes! It’s also a great social aspect too |
