Hello dear friends Fabbers and Forumites.
Happy hump day from a spiffingly sunny N Wales .
I've just had a beautiful post work walk and I feel marvellous.
So chums we usually have posts saying something jolly nice about the poster above but as a change today .
Say some thing positive about yourself .
If you say it or type it it helps boost your confidence .
So go on chums have a go

Oh I tell myself positive things everyday! Always encourage my friends to do the same (about themselves obviously  )
I’m growing a baby, and although it’s been exhausting and stressful and draining and agonising, I’m gonna be brilliant.  |

After being off sick from 6 months I'm finally getting back in my stride at work.
My team are all glad to have me back, theyre a great bunch, and I'm getting back up to speed now the brain fog is lifting.

Not in a vain look in the mirror, arnt I beautiful egotistical way
But what I've been through, what I've survived, what I've become.
The life I've rebuilt, created for my family, the changes I've made, the person I've become.

The reason for this thread was to show you all that in your own way your unique , fantastic amazing people
It's good to remind ones self of the good things about you .
It's always good to Remeber to be as compassionate with yourself as you are with others.
Self love is not always an egotistical thing , it's a chance to look in to ones self and remind yourself .
