My right nipple is painful to touch, agony when cold. My left never reacts to temperature and is open to pleasure.

I think guys nipples are often overlooked - personally I love having mine played with in all sorts of ways, from just simple light touches and licks to quite heavy tweaking, pinching and even the use of clamps or clothes pegs |

My neck is super sensitive, I can't even stand clothing touching it. Drives me insane if someone strokes or kisses it.

I agree with you about them being overlooked, not so sure about clothes pegs mind you, but the rest, sure!
My pierced nipple is *very* sensitive, so any sort of play is welcomed.
