So the US government have funded a study to determine why the head of a penis is wider than the shaft. After 6 months and €1.8million they have concluded that the head is larger than the shaft in order to give the man more pleasure during sex.
Dubious at the results of this the French commissioned a study of their own. After 1 year and €4.2million they concluded that the head is wider than the shaft in order to give the woman more pleasure during sex.
Unsatisfied with the results of either study, the Irish have now performed a study of their own. After 2 hours, €75.96 and many pints of beer they have successfully concluded that the head is bigger than the shaft in order to keep a man's hand from flying off the end and hitting himself in the forehead  |
