It was hard watching it as I know the family and young lady very well. Unfortunately it highlights the system not working again. It will keep happening until proper safeguards are put in place and more training given to care staff x |

I support adults with disabilities and challenging behaviour (female) no amount of training will stop people like this, to be so cruel must be something inbuilt in them to use torture and fear to control them was totally unacceptable..maybe looking and who is employed in these positions and why??? |

I've witnessed this first hand, reported it no one cared  ended up having to report to care inspectors head office. After all that the woman still has a job. I left. |

I know the mum too. Rest assured, her daughter is now in a much happier place and those accountable are being brought to account. |

Carers have a bloody hard job and aren't paid enough for the job they do! Understaffed and overworked is my opinion.
