I think I've always been confident, I enjoy people and talk to people everywhere I go, I don't get nervous really in any situation and I'm not at all arrogant, I think it comes from being comfortable in your own skin.

I can't say I've ever thought about it. Up to now, if I've wanted to do something, I just get on and do it. I don't feel I need something, or someone to trigger a feeling of 'I can do this'

It's hard to say really. Getting laid boosts my dwindled self esteem which is a kind of empowerment. But generally it takes encouragement to make me feel empowered enough to act.
