Responsibility, a mature approach to life and their place in it, I'm not sure really, I'll let you know if I ever grow up.

They become an adult when they can't get away with the man child behaviour any more.
As long as they are indulged and rewarded for being man children why would they want or need to change?

Not sure they ever grow out of it. I think it can depend on who they are with.
My son is a prime example, owns his own house, and his own business, yet he walks through my door and reverts back to being my little boy again.

Watching friends children and my own and I find boys are completely different to girls. They seem to be an adult at 25 and a grown up at 30. Not always the case, but mostly the experience I’ve had. Girls go through this change a lot earlier.
