It could be an insult depending on the intent behind it. If it was meant to hurt/upset me I'd laugh because it's true. Sometimes people say things bluntly and mean it in a nice way. My friend tells me he loves to see my big arse bounce as we fuck. Compliment.  |

I wouldn't be offended but I wouldn't take it as a compliment either.
It's not something I'd say to someone either, most grown ups know that people can be sensitive about the size of some body parts so I'd never use words that point them out.
Saying "you have a nice bum" is the same as saying "you have a nice big bum" without the risk of a slap in the face. |

I personally love having a big, peachy, round - or fat - bum!
People can use any adjective they like tbh! As I’m not huge in the boobage department it’s probably what makes me most womanly - along with my hair!
However - I guess if I thought it was too big and was trying to trim it down along with the rest of me - I might be more self conscious about it and more likely to react badly to comments I deemed negative!

I’ve got a big fat bum and I have zero issues with someone respectfully complimenting it, but you have to bear in mind that not everyone is as confident.
Compliments should be carefully applied depending on who you’re talking to, if you’re worried then don’t say it and maybe take a different approach. Otherwise you go ahead! |
