A bit damp, and just a training run today so took it easy(ish). Trying to get my running mojo back.

Steady one for me as coming back from an enforced lay off following eye surgery. Ran at 8 1/2 min mile pace and quite satisfied with having held that pace

Had a nice steady run with someone I used to pace me although turned out she was using me to pace her......hahaha

I got out for a 10 km run before it rained... Sun was shining so made the most of the morning.. and then it rained afterwards..
