So I’ve been really stressed for about a week now.
But - it’s sorted. I’m no longer stressed.
However; I’m now worrying that I should be stressed, that I’ve maybe forgotten about something....so I can’t help but feel a little bit stressed about not feeling stressed!
I just want to relax
Anyone else get like this? |

"Yes. I get stressed about feeling unwell often , and that only makes it worse . Take the doggos out for a walk ( if it's not pissing down there). A good walk always helps "
It’s raining, but I might go for a wee wander later x |

Are you sure it’s stress? Sounds a bit like anxiety. Over thinking everything and feeling anxious about most things.
I have anxiety and for a long time I thought I’m just stressed and than I found out about anxiety and panic attacks and that explained everything what was happening to me. |

Totally.. the joy of anxiety! When it’s bad I feel like my head will explode.. then when it calms I wonder why I’m not living on a knife edge.. it’s exhausting x

"I have an anxiety disorder, so can definitely relate.
Distraction techniques tend to work for the most part for me.
Hope you can chill soon "

When you have been stressed, loads of chemicals get dumped into your blood, so once the stress is sorted you have the chemical hangover to deal with.
Take a bath, have a wank, stick on one of those green facepacks that women like. Just got to turn off the hormone fawcettes and let the balance come back. |

Well maybe you can do some swimming?
I go to swimming to exercise and reduce stress and anxiety. It sort of meditation for me as well, clears head or walk/hike as you mentioned might help too. |
