So I’ve been really stressed for about a week now.

But - it’s sorted. I’m no longer stressed.

However; I’m now worrying that I should be stressed, that I’ve maybe forgotten about something....so I can’t help but feel a little bit stressed about not feeling stressed!

I just want to relax

Anyone else get like this?

Yes. I get stressed about feeling unwell often , and that only makes it worse . Take the doggos out for a walk ( if it's not pissing down there). A good walk always helps

Are you sure it’s stress? Sounds a bit like anxiety. Over thinking everything and feeling anxious about most things.

I have anxiety and for a long time I thought I’m just stressed and than I found out about anxiety and panic attacks and that explained everything what was happening to me.

I have an anxiety disorder, so can definitely relate.

Distraction techniques tend to work for the most part for me.

Hope you can chill soon

When you have been stressed, loads of chemicals get dumped into your blood, so once the stress is sorted you have the chemical hangover to deal with.

Take a bath, have a wank, stick on one of those green facepacks that women like. Just got to turn off the hormone fawcettes and let the balance come back.

Yes I am all the time. Having flare ups of this mystery stomach pain doesn’t help neither. Unfortunately I can’t do anything about the stress x

Well maybe you can do some swimming?

I go to swimming to exercise and reduce stress and anxiety. It sort of meditation for me as well, clears head or walk/hike as you mentioned might help too.
