Just had a go at making caramel sauce... It is yummy! Although not as sweet as shop bought, nor as light. I watched numerous videos and read numerous recipes. All of which have the same or similar result to my own... amber in colour.
How do shops get it so light, gooey and sweet?

Well thankfully this one tastes nice! But it just came to afterwards the difference in some caramel sauces.
It is my day off and housework had been done this morning.. i needed to occupy my time as i was getting restless
