What's your dog's favourite band?

My dog is a big fan of The Streets. It stems from me singing to him when we've been out walking on wet ground.
When we get home I sit down on a low bench we have in the porch with him next to me and one by one I dry his paws and sing:
"Dry your paws mate, I know it's hard to take but my mind has been made up.
Once we're done I will get you a treat.
Dry your paws mate, I know you want to make me see how much coming home hurts, but you've had your walk for today now, its over."
When he hears Mike Skinner's version of the song his ears prick up, probably because he thinks Mike's going to go into the kitchen and fetch him a bonio. I'm just so glad I didn't start singing some crappy '80s stuff to him.
Is your dog's taste in music as cool as mine? Or maybe you haven't got a dog but you're prone to bursting into your own version of another song at any given moment.
Failing that; walk, treat or pat on the head the poster above?

I caught my dog Frank looking out the window while watching the rain, as Adele ‘Someone like you’ was playing on the radio, I know he was reminiscing about some halcyon days gone by. |
