If things go to plan in "real life" I'll leave this place behind without a second thought. I haven't been on much this past three months and can honestly say I haven't missed it.
Just pop on occasionally for my messages, and a browse through the forums.

I'm not thinking of leaving because of the forums, although they aren't as much fun as they used to be, but I still maintain that if I left I would never look back unless my circumstances change drastically x |

I was ready to leave earlier in the year but someone special changed my mind.
I am so glad she did as we have blossomed into a very happy and loving relationship since then.
We have stuck around Fab even though we are 100% exclusive to each other for fun we have in the forums.
I have deleted my singles profile as i have no use for it and i love our couples profile so much more.

Ppl who feel like leaving really should, especially if it's causing unhappiness or stress or eating into real life too much....
....an account takes five minutes to set up if they change their minds. The addictive fomo aspect soon disappears and is replaced by healthy behavior.....
Reality is REALITY, aka the shit that's there when you put your phone down. It can be all too easy to become addicted to fake praise from ppl looking to get their end away or looking for a status boosts or likes in here...

A couple profile is a wonderful way to use fab because it keeps you both in check with reality, and you know that if you send a stupid twatty message then your OH will see it and kick your arse |

We mainly keep our profile to chat with people we meet at clubs and parties and to find said clubs and parites.
We've not had a huge amount of luck with private meets, etc. Hundreds of offers from single guys and the like but not much happening with couples and ladies. We're not against single guys but hubby wants some fun too! |

Have thought about it. Have had periods of several months when I’ve been to busy to sign in. I think it’s easy to underestimate the effort you need to put in on sites like Fab in order to get the best out of them. Ok so the profile itself needs work, but if you aren’t prepared to communicate on areas like the Forums you are unlikely to do well, particularly if you are male. Sad facts are that there are more allegedly single males on here than females and not all couples are looking for MMF meetups. Then there’s the practicality of distance and ability to provide a place to meet. When you start to tot it all up, it’s a miracle that so many people do actually meet up. |
