Any tips on helping to make a guy last longer. So my fb has being trying lately to last longer during sex but nothing seems to help. He will have a wank before we meet but it doesn't help. He last about 4 or 5 minutes during actual penetration. Its doesn't bother me in the slightest as we have plenty of foreplay. Its just something he has got in his head and he wants to improve it.
has anyone who had this problem found something that works for them? |

I used to have this problem but then I decided to change my attitude. Instead of thinking about not trying to come I relaxed and just tryed to have fun. It worked a treat for me so hopefully it work for him.  |

He said it never really bothered him before. He never gave it much thought until his ex wife made a comment on it. |

To be honest 5mins at a time of penetration is probably enough anyway. There is plenty of other stuff that can be done. Can he rise to the occasion again after?

Get wetter or use a bit of lube it will make it hard to get the friction so will take longer to cum

You could try wearing a Thesera May mask, that would stop me in my tracks. Perhaps just put in on when he's about to cum, you don't want to put him off altogether. |

This is the case for quite a few people and I’ve seen people suggest making sure the male is breathing deeply (kind of like when doing exercise).
Also the pelvic exercises someone else mentioned, I can stop myself from cumming by squeezing tight but I’m not sure if that’s good for the body?
Or go at it until he is about to cum then stop and go back to foreplay or whatever else for 5 minutes. Kind of like a muscle I’m guessing it needs working out? I used to love edging.
Everyone is different though. Some people are super sensitive, sometimes it can be the muscles when the guy thrusts which make them cum quicker hence why some find they last longer with the partner on top and sometimes it’s in their mind.

Sounds like counseling might be the right answer if it becoming a problem was due to someone elses comments.
