Sorry, but after watching the games the BBC has shown lately with female teams, I've seen better amateur sides.
This full English team, with the crème a la crème of English players are no better than the semi-pro teams in the lowest divisions.
I get that equality in all aspects of life is a must and everyone deserves a chance, regardless of their sexuality and/or physical abilities, but it doesn't stop women's Pro football skill level from being just above shit but below competent. Yeah yeah, I've seen the video of the girl with the awesome dribbling skills but it doesn't mean she can play the game does it?
Now I'm just going to wait for the mysogynist screams from the right on crowd who will accuse me of many things without realising I'm allowed my opinion as well as then.

To be fair I see where your coming from with them not being up to par too lowest division teams and that’s not misogynistic at all. But what should be remembered is women’s football receives not even a fraction of the money men’s football receives. And the men get more competitive experience it’s all down to a lack of interest from the public that means they don’t get the higher level training and facilities |

I think I prefer women's football to men's - it seems to me that women play a more "honest" game. You very rarely see dives, histrionics and virtually no dissenting with the referees. And that you get more than 11 women turning up to an event wearing the same outfit and not getting pissy about it is great too   |

I think given the option I'd much rather go and watch/take my kids to a women's game than a Premier league or mens international. Especially after the scenes in Portugal this week.
I love supporting England and love football but the idiots surrounding the men's game just put me off.
No the standard isn't the same but does that matter?

Yeah, I went to Pride Park to watch England play France about 15 years ago, the level of skill has definitely moved up a couple of notches |

Really rubbish law that means a goalkeeper has so little chance to save a penalty!!
If they are trying to use VAR to improve the game they are clearly so so wrong. I’d question anyone having any enjoyment in that result under those circumstances. |

Unlucky Scotland , saw the pen again and again changed my mind every time I saw it could have been awarded or not awarded , keeper did come off her line but this is what keepers do and have done , keepers will now have to alter their stance and technique for penalties because of VAR , bit surprised the ref called time when she did |

I get that equality in all aspects of life is a must and everyone deserves a chance, regardless of their sexuality and/or physical abilities, but it doesn't stop women's Pro football skill level from being just above shit but below competent. Yeah yeah, I've seen the video of the girl with the awesome dribbling skills but it doesn't mean she can play the game does it?
