Eating once you've opened the packet!? For me it's:

Cashew nuts

Grapes

After Eight mints

Haagen Dazs Ice cream

I literally can't just eat some and stop. Once the packet is open, only an empty pack stops the gorging.

Who else suffers with a fear of half full packets

Haagen Dazs strawberry cheesecake, it’s against the law to open and not finish it all

Popcorn for me. Sweet and salted mix. I’ve tried putting it in a little bowl but end up back in the cupboard for refills until it’s all gone. I think it goes a bit soft if you don’t eat the full bag so I’m preventing wastage - that’s what I tell myself anyway. Doesn’t do a lot for my waistage though

Same for me

I just can't stop once I start!

I try not to buy the really naughty stuff because I can't resist it - I have no will power at all.

I'm going to have to stop buying cheese as well- I had an
