What is everyone's go to meal post training sesh?

If I train at night there's nothing more satisfying than a peanut butter and banana omelette for me.

I always visit the chippy after my monday running session - makes no sense, but it's on the way home.....

You should definitely try it! If I train in morning then protein shake folllwed by oats

Post workout is when I get home a couple scoops of protein and 3-5 raw eggs then shower and then have chicken/steak and rice

First thing after training is 400g of plain rice. About an hour later more carbs with protein and some fat.

I admire your dedication.

I like tasty food too much to be eating plain rice.

When I was a regular gym goer I used to have a smoothie and a protein bar.
