Always be a bit more adventurous, I love a good BBQ and love experimenting.
Beer can chicken is delicious.

I never throw burgers or sausage on my bbq. I did a slow roasted brisket of beef last weekend, I started it in the oven at a low temperature for 5 hours before wrapping it in foil and the roasting juices and placing it under the coals. It fell apart, which was just as I wanted so I did pulled beef with a home made bbq sauce.
I served it with a side salad, sweet potato chips and corn on the cob. I adore cooking! |

Slow and low and with a rub is the way to go.... but enough about our sex life
This weekend we did Korean chicken kebabs, miso coated aubergines and a cheesy sauce covered corn on the cob. Butterflied marinated lamb is a definite favourite too. |
