the strong silent type,
does that then allow them to express their weakness and noisiness?
It would seem after all to be a perfect complimentary fit!
How silent then also is silent, is that NO verbal communication?
Has anyone ever requested a weak and noisy person? Maybe not both parts together, choosing weakness probably over noise.

I couldn't handle the strong silent type. It puts me on edge, makes me think I've done something to annoy them and I try to fill the silence with wittering. |

"I couldn't handle the strong silent type. It puts me on edge, makes me think I've done something to annoy them and I try to fill the silence with wittering. " I agree that too much silence gives off negative vibes.

"Silence is golden. But then so is the pastry on the steak bake I have in my hand" Silence does have it's place in a relationship. It's nice to be able to spend time reading sometimes.

"They would suit me cos I can talk enough for both of us! " Sometimes the different types can learn something from each other. One is possibly too talkative and the other too silent? |
