I've been an on and off member of fab for over 5 years. Recently come back but I'm not immediately looking to meet. I've had a couple of messages. One nasty one in particular having a go at me cause I'm not meeting.
I'm not bothered by this. I pay my membership and I'll use the site how I like. Just interested in people's views  |

I chat to a lot of people on here with often no intention to meet - the site is what you make of it and who is to say there is a right and wrong way in which you want to use it? |

If you take everything off your 'Looking for' list takes it you off the searches.
Otherwise you show up in the searches as looking to meet people and that wastes people's time. That's why they get pissed off. |

Nope, there's no issue with it at all. People can use the site as they see fit, not meeting isn't breaking any rules (thankfully, as we're not meeting either) so carry on doing you!

Happy to chat to anyone, about anything, and if that is how you want to use the site, then carry on!
Some people interest me and all I want to do is have a conversation with them, for some, that seem's strange (after all, its a swingers forum).

There are a few here I chat to that there’s no chance of meeting. Until I can get them bundled into a van and driven a few hours to be closer anyway.

There's nothing wrong with just chatting it's a shame you've had nasty messages there's no need for it it's your choice to use this site as you wish there's plenty others that use the site just to chat and have fun in the forums just block and move on o and welcome back |

But if they take the few seconds it takes to read ops profile it's clear she don't meet as is mine so they are wasting their own time messaging if a meet is all they want |

I've been on here for about 12 years off and on. During that time I've developed a few really good "chat" buddies. Men who I can have top banter with but would rarely meet. If ever. |

My first instincts is to find someone to meet, maybe attend events and meets and explore.
Having taken the time over the last few days I'm understanding more about what the sites about - It appears that the key thing is respect and actually looking beyond just meeting up right away like other sites.
What I'm looking for hasn't changed but I'm happy to get involved and chat and if there's a mutual interest then let's see what happens ... |

You use the site exactly how you want too. I do have to giggle sometimes when I see "we are all here for the same thing right"
Actually no we aren't.
Some just chat on forum
Some meet lots of different people
Some are looking for a Fwb and don't do random meets (ahem me )
Aslong as your happy with how you use it then that's all that matters x |

I only meet in clubs so I will only chat on here. I make it clear in first message and on profile when it's active . Had some cracking conversations and the guys I speak too actually like the fact that they have someone to talk too even if it's never going to lead to anything.
For instance guy i was chatting too yesterday.. awesome conversation about stalking and how we would need to put up a system of we ever bump into one another in a club.
I see no reason why I can't just talk to someone as long as I'm clear at the outset. |

Everyone to there own. I love to chat, even if it goes nowhere. It's still nice, then if it does its magical as you know what turns a lady on. It's the more relaxed and polite way in life. Instead on first message "fancy a fuck" lol. I know where that message goes. Straight block and delete. Lol |
