nope it is totally chilled. I often go just to chill be it with friends or by myself. Sometimes I go watch .. Sometimes I join in.. sometimes I just chill... other times I instigate the orgies

Been twice, from my experience there are people who spend the whole session chatting and mingling in the lounge/bar area.
Then there are people who have a wander and either watch the action, start the action or join in the action.
There was no pressure to join in.
The staff walked us through the club on my first visit, it was a daytime session and pretty laid back.
If it's not for you, you can leave any time.
Theres no guarantees to play though so dont go expecting guarenteed sex.
Depends in who is there on the day, and the chemistry, like anywhere else.

At my Swing By The Convent swingers parties, there's no set format.
It depends on those attending. Sometimes some areas are busier than others, sometimes not.

You can just stay in the bar area, you don't even have to go to the rooms. Clubs aren't for every one and so you should trust your instincts. If I were you and you did want to go I would just literally go for a few drinks just to be in the environment and see how you feel  I am sure it isn't how you are building it up to be in your head. Also day times are quieter than events x |

Did you ever go to a school disco, adventure scouts Christmas do, think the Inbetweeners at that caravan park club.....Now, imagine it's like that but people walk around in towels or naked and anything inbetween. They drink out of plastic cups, bring their own booze and dance about when d*unk...oh yes and there's fucking. Nobody is going to bite you, unless that's your kink. Its only your own preconceptions that are giving you the fear. The only way you'll ever know is by going along and seeing for yourself. You can, in most bar areas, a lot of clubs are dress down, so for you that would mean shorts or a towel, you can wear it around your waist or like a cape, entirely up to you that bit. |

Exactly this.
I've never expected to play at a club, I've always gone with the mindset of meeting people to chat and socialise. *if* anything happened then it was always the lady or couple that instigated it.
I will say though that one of my best experiences at a club was on a night when there was no play involved.

You don't have to. Well, different clubs have different 'dress down' rules; some are dress down throughout, some after a specific time, some in specific areas, some not at all.
If you do a little research you can find a club that meets what you're looking for.

To be fair I would say as a single guy in a club you are in the group most unlikely to be pressurised or harassed into doing something. Hope that helps put your mind at easy. |

We had our first full-swap foursome in a crowded playroom and the very same night had our first separate room swap with another couple.
While we like being together when we swap and love the buzz of fucking among lots of people doing the same, but some others prefer the privacy of one-on-one swinging. They can only relax and let themselves go when their partner or anyone else is not watching.

I was surprised how OK I was with playing in a public room. I get focused on what I'm doing and don't really notice who's watching. Except for those moments when you look up see that there's an audience...
A lot of the time there are just as many women watching. It's not all wankers.
But everyone's different. Public play isn't for some. That's why clubs provide different types of rooms. |

This site offers the luxury of an extensive list of clubs nation wide.
One would suggest study the list and their reviews... You should in theory be able to whittle them down to a short list. General consensus seems most clubs will answer questions when asked...
Then grasp the nettles and grow a pair and visit one..
Your replies suggests you are selective on a number of issues... Be aware it may take a number of visits to different clubs or indeed a couple of visits to a particular club before you cure your curiosity.... Then again you may be forever singing a particular U2 song.... |

I've only ever gone with female partners and found it a very relaxed comfortable atmosphere, and amazingly respectful gents to the ladies I've been with... Sit back and enjoy the view or just sit around and chat, you may get an invite to join in. I think some of the posters are winding you up a little? Go and enjoy. You'll love it! I've only been to one club I have to admit but others I've spoken to assure me others are as good if not more friendly... Go for it.    |

Depends on the club.
Private rooms are available at all the ones we've been to.
We, well I have never felt pressured to play.
We have met lots of new like minded people and had sex with some. |
