i have had the whole day off today a i had an eye scan thing that meant i couldnt drive afterwards
been lazing about all day until i wet to ceroc then at 10:30 as i was leaving i remembered i had to make some food for this diabetes course i am on
so now i am baking a fecking cake....at midight  |

oddly this cake has 8oz of caster sugar in it yet it is from the booklet actually written for this course  |
