how about putting your feet in a bucket of cold water (making allowances for displacement and towels!!) |

"Ive always been told to hold something cold on your wrists.. never tried it but apparently it works haha"
It works because you have a high concentration of veins close to the surface of your skin on your inner wrisr, so dipping your wrist in cold water will effectively cool your blood down , which then circulates through your body and cools you from the inside out.
That's the theory anyway! |

Ice packs on ... wrists, ankles, forehead and back of the neck.
Currently half naked, fan on full blast, windows open ...
And it's not proper summer yet
I get HOT also!

So for when it gets very hot...
Face/baby whipes kept in the fridge.
After sun also kept in the fridge.
Freeze grapes for cooling drinks.
(keeps it cool without diluting)
Keep curtains closed during the hottest part of the day.
These are just a few of my pearls of wisdom!
