"Things you tried that you wish you hadn't
I'll start off with Garlic Soup
I could taste it for weeks afterwards!
Did you have Garlic Soup as a dessert? "
It was a starter
It tasted nice at the time
It took a couple of hours to kick in
Then ... |

Dirty chips. Just now.
A bar near work is closing today, owner made a packet on the sale and did a get rid of stock thingy. There’s been free drinks since 4pm this afternoon. Free. Drinks. They’ve just run dry.
They provided free dirty chips too.
Free. Booze.
Free. Food.
I may be slightly (VERY) d*unk right now, and loose on public transport in London, |

Right now you'd eat everything on this thread and more "

My mum made a stew/casserole thing when i was younger and it had what looked to me like teabags in it. Sure she was was supposed to take them out but she left them in with some leaf looking things in too and it was just a bitter, strong taste.
Still wary of stew/casserole even now... |

Holidayed in Normandy a couple of years back, went for an evening meal at one of the local restaurants, and although I speak reasonable French, couldn't work out from the menu what the 'local speciality' was, so ordered it anyway. As we waited for the food to arrive, I don't know where the translation came from, but my blood ran cold when I realised I'd ordered tripe sausage....... |

When I was about 10 years old, we'd just moved house but the removals truck was delayed in arriving at our new home.
The neighbours next door kindly offered us lunch which was some form of meat in a very rich sauce and was so revolting! Turned out to be Liver & Onions but I've never touched liver since! |

I adore coriander, in curries or salad. Cumin on the other hand, smells like satans sweaty bum crack. |
