I go for long walks and cycle but find that I go at a leisurely pace. I'm too busy admiring the scenery than to get my heart rate up

My lovely friend has given me lots of suggestions. Anyone else have certain tunes that helps them with their work out?

My opening tune is gasolina to get that high energy feeling

Oh, and if anyone has any suggestions of exercises to tone the tummy, that would be greatfully received.

Thanks in advance

Was that a serious reply?

Are you ok? Have you been taken? Do I need to call the police? or Liam Neeson?

Planks and crunches, but mostly diet. Alas I'm the bearer of bad news.

My workout playlist shows my lack of taste in music

Some apps like Spotify have gym themed song lists. Might tide you over till you sort your own selections.

My gym has an app which connects the cardio machines to Web radio stations from around the world. It's educational.

Unfortunately I mostly lift
