"Clubs, Jaffa’s, Vicounts- can’t be put neatly into one category. We need a new category- Chameleons? Does that include Wagon Wheels and Penguins?? "
Yaas. Most definitely. Fit all situations, rise to the need, sneak in everywhere... |

"According to some people, sort of savoury scones that you eat with an abomination they call gravy (god knows why). "
Different cultures, different foods and terms, not necessarily wrong or rotten just not what some are used to. Dumplings in a stew some might go at some may be all ...Also parsnips are rotten and wrong fyi.
I'd try an American biscuit and the gravy but fuck no when it comes to grits hahah |

"Wagon wheels are just chocolate coated cardboard so not a cake nor a biscuit.
Oh that’s hard. They were a staple when I was growing up.
They used to be huge! "
Everything, sadly, used to be bigger and better.. |

Legally (1991 ruling) a Jaffa cake is classed as a cake and not a biscuit |

Well, this is an enlightening thread . I used to think that biscuits couldn't be individually wrapped, but, and I agree, that if a Club is a biscuit, then I now consider the Kitkat and Twix as biscuits too |
