Wasnt the idea behind grapes that they keep the mouth moist in the hot ward whilst helping the bowel to move whilst stationary for long periods?

On your runs ashore, did you take the ladies grapes? Probably not. Flowers and chocolates!

When I've been in hospital I appreciated books and half decent coffee. But some people like grapes!

Chester

Grapes?!? Omg, I'd be taking condoms and the blue pill! The amount of hot nurses in Chester is ridiculous.

I liked grapes because they were easy to eat and didn’t need peeling, I preferred prepared mango though

Feed you and the baby!!! I've noticed a few of your threads about being hungry very important, as I'm sure you must no?? More than grapes and chicken nuggets, young lady x you need to eat for one and a half, if the thought of eating for two scares you lol. Hope you're feeling better after your hospital trip as well.

Hubby just bought me a bacon roll and asked if I can eat...someone will be round ‘hopefully’ in half an hour to see if I can so it’ll be a cold bacon roll if any!

I’ll hopefully be home soon. Baby is all good xxx

Whenever I've been to see someone in hospital they have always had grapes given to them by friends and family. I think it must be an older generation thing?
