Ever gone through a day and thought, I shouldn’t have done that..

Got sunburnt today, heads really sore... I’m not supposed to get in the sun, the specialists warned me not to, apparently the excessive radiotherapy on my head and neck means it’s a very danger thing to do (get sunburnt)

I now feel crap!!
