"What is it?"

Impostor syndrome (also known as impostor phenomenon, impostorism, fraud syndrome or the impostor experience) is a psychological pattern in which an individual doubts his or her accomplishments and has a persistent internalized fear of being exposed as a "fraud".

Amy Farrah Fowler's Big Bang Theory rant covers this well.

I spent a long time afflicted before I realised that I'm the expert people were coming to because they were imposters.

Not at all, Scarlet. It’s interesting as I wasn’t attacking you - but obviously something isn’t cool. All good here. It wasn’t a bad reference, the book one, but I’ll take your cue.

Either 4 or 5 episodes before the last one when there is a drinks reception about the Nobel Prize nomination. The rivals claim to have imposter syndrome and she tells them that they are imposters so ca't have the syndrome.

So I kinda get what it means, I don't think I have it although I often think I don't deserve things, and that there are people far better qualified, looking, experienced, deserving etc.

I know I'm fearful of getting another job in case I take on more than I can chew, or that I'm not gonna meet expectations.

I do also worry at times when meeting people for the first time that I'll not live up to what they were expecting of me, especially if I'm not feeling in full on funny mode, or full on make up mode, like they'll think I'm just playing up for the camera so to speak and that's not the real me. I also worry that if people have been told about me, especially if it's all good and glowing that they may not feel the same and think it's me being fake rather than someone else's interpretation that's different

Yes - In previous jobs.

However, the idea is that you feel like a fraud by being there. Which is odd - as most of the arseholes I worked with had the typical attributes of a fraudster.

So, in this case it can be wholly justified!!

Hmmm ok, so I just took the online test and scored 80/100. Significant imposterism apparently.

I wouldn't class myself as feeling like a fraud, I'd say I was somewhat insecure at times but that's about it.

I'll check another test, they may all be different if reliable at all.
