It takes me 5 or 6 fills but I use a shower attachment.

What I tell my strapon guys is to not eat junk food 12-24 hours before the session. To eat bran/ Weetabix for breakfast, go to the loo approximately an hour before the fun, douching not required and no embarrassment for the guys!

Until you are confident the effluent is clear. That will vary according to your bodily functions.

I've cleaned myself after just a couple of wash-outs. Other times it might be half a dozen.
