Getting fatter and can't find the motivation to stop it! Honestly if I don't get an egg custard and a cup of tea for supper I cry like a spoiled brat, and sometimes ill have two! am slowly getting fatter and and just can't stop eating what I like. Diets last about a week then I go back to being greedy and fat. . It's not too far out of hand yet.. But it's going that way. Any tips on self restraint? |

Find a reason to want to change. For me I had some scary health reasons and have gone from a reluctant twice a week gym goer with a shocking diet, to a 4-6 day a week gym goer with a much better diet. |

I'm a yo yo dieter, I put weight on because I eat crap, but when I get to a certain level, I'll drop a stone or so quite easily. But then I go back to eating junk food again. I like pizza more than I enjoy being slim, is the problem. |

Don't go on a diet. Resolve to walk 30 minutes a day and cut out 25% of the stuff you know is bad. After a month up the walking to 45 minutes a day and cut out 50% of the stuff you know is bad. Then keep going. It'll take a while but you will eventually notice results and it's achievable.
