Not that hard. There is a goat farm near us. Loads of happy dwarf goats bouncing about. Then the owner asks if you want chops etc... |

Any decent halal butchers will sell it |

It depends on where you live, where I've lived in my life goat has always been easy to come by, but you still get the odd butcher try to give you mutton.
Handsworth used to be the best place to get goat, but my main butcher is now a Polish delecatesen, it's no hardship though, they got some fantastic cooked meats and sausage |
