My WiFi packed up yesterday, BT are fixing it tomorrow, it’s bloody annoying that you don’t realise you miss something until it’s not there, turns out my hub is so old they don’t make it anymore, I’m now having to use my mobile data grrrrrrrrrrrr

Ask em for the radius username and password and invest in a decent router (if it breaks again)

Dump your generic router.

They are all made by Amstrad so are guaranteed to be crap.

If you want good wi fi invest in a good quality Netgear Nighthawk.

It will cost you around £150 but you won’t have any wi fi issues.

I don’t really understand anything technical, all I know is BT will give me a new hub tomorrow and my WiFi will be back lol
