"Homemade raw 100% (v easy to make). Since getting into it everything else just tastes too sweet!

How do you make it?"

Make from Cacao Paste and Cacao Butter. Melt the appropriate amount of each in a bowl together over a pan of simmering water. Pour onto grease proof paper on a plate and cool in fridge till hard. Break into chunks and keep in fridge (I use a glass Kilner jar).

That is my everyday nibble. Your can also add stuff like chopped nuts if you wish or pour over whole almonds. Strawberries are nice dipped in it and allowed to set as are frozen banana slices.

I'm not sure if I liked the dark milk or not, it tasted smoky to me. I'll need to try it again & in all flavours to make an informed decision
