I've previously done weight Watchers which I couldn't get on with and slimming world which I found easy to stick to, so I'm using a lot from SW and tracking activity. Just using the free version as I'm finding it seems to do everything I want. Only downside is I can't find any contacts or fb friends using it to add to a group lol. |

I too had tried ww and slimming world but was too much faffing around haha.
I never paid for any extra stuff just use the free version
Discovered protein was the way to go for me and it just fell off, well combined with exercise xx |
