Is it all to easy now ?

Are there any singers , groups or bands around now a days that will ?

Will the music that is 30/40/50 years old still rule in the year 2050 ?

i find the music of today very dull and repetitive.can't think of anyone from todays pop chart in say ten years time and think wow thats great.i'm sure some of the younger crowd will come along soon and say pop music has never been so good and thats fine but its not for me

One Direction. Easily the best boy band to ever exist.

I'm sure people asked the same questions when Dylan, Bowie, Queen etc were first around.

Those people will be as the early blues artists are to us and the 'legendary' Arianna Grande concerts will be referenced with awe in future.

peak district

Saw a guy in a T-shirt with the message "I might be old, but I've seen all the great bands" - exactly.

And as for rap... (vomits)

"Foo fighters "

A mighty fine choice. Arriving fortunately or unfortunately ( depends how you look at it ) from the untimely death of a great rock star

Think you may well be in a very small minority with that one

I agree this will stand the test of time.

Slightly older than today's music, but I think red hot chilli peppers songs have aged well
