"I've had about 3 hours sleep , work is annoying me , and I'm being a grumpy cunt today. Any suggestions on how I can cheer myself up please ??

It's also the birthday of my nieces husband who died suddenly a few years ago at the wheel of his car. He was 37 and had two young children.
