If it's sunny, I'll wake up in a good mood. I need an hour and a coffee before I'm ready for people though! (Cwtches with my OH are an exception of course) |

I like the morning - but only when I'm alone and it's peaceful, no talking, coffee breakfast and reading of some sort ( Fab )
Then I'm ready for the world.
I never start work before 11am - there's no point I just can't function |

I don't like people until about 2pm. My OH knows the risks of coming anywhere near me before midday!!

I used to be - well, sort of, in as much as I could function OK in the mornings.
Then again, when I think about it, it still used to take me a couple of hours from getting up to being fully 'with it'
Always been something of a night owl - probably why DJing suits me |

I always feel weak, lightheaded and slightly nauseous when I wake up. When I (briefly) worked a nightshift and woke up at about 7.30 pm I felt a lot less ill. In my school days, my mother referred to me as "the zombie". I suspect I and many other people have a defective body clock. |

Only in the mornings, at mid day I’m very much and afternoon person. Evenings is less clear, I’m not actually sure when they starts. My guess would be around 6, but this is very much open to debate. |

I definitely am not
I'm grumpy on a morn and takes me ages to come around.
I prefer night shifts ,as I'm up late anyway and can function better than the 13 hour days I do at times.
Jack is much more chipper than me and often calls me grotbags.
