7 stone .. used to be 23! I've never exercised too just diet alone. . It's took nearly 6 years.
I do admit I probably would of lost it faster if I did |

Congratulations man, you've done most of the hard work. Now is probably the time to consider how you will do maintenance. I had a similar journey to you (22st down to 14.5 and built) and I've totally failed at the maintenance side and am back up to 16.5 and not even slightly built)
It's a part of the game that definitely requires more thought than people realise |

And just in case if anyone wants to know.
The dieting is mostly cutting down on what you're eating, I've cut out starchy/sugary products and potatoes I've cut completely.
Introduced more protein like beans, nuts, lentils, veg (obviously) tofu and healthy meats.
Only eat when you're definitely hungry and don't snack... I'm on 2 meals a day pretty much and I rarely eat during day now |
