Spend the rest of your life with the woman/man of your dreams but they make your life a living hell, they are not loyal and sleep around all the time and get STDs all the time that they pass onto you and they don't love you one bit.

Spend the rest of your life with the least attractive woman/man with the body type you least like but they make your life so much better, they are loyal and don't sleep around and never get STDs but they love you so much and you love them back.

I find these scenarios really weird, I would accept neither of those and if they were the only choices I imagine very few people would chose one rather than be alone
