I’m 50 in a few weeks and I made a list of things I needed to do before then. Things to try, 50 weeks before my birthday. I’ve been really shit and there’s still loads of stuff I haven’t done.
A couple of notable things I did do for the first time was go to bingo, start trapeze and rope classes and drink camp coffee.
Some things I still need to try; toffifee, biscuit flavoured tea and go to a casino. Dull maybe but remember I’m gonna be 50 not 30!
All perfectly doable if I get my arse in gear and just do it.
What do you think oooh and then never bother? |

Do it!
It really comes down to arsedness doesn’t it. Can you be arsed to do it and quite often the answer is no. You’re forever finding excuses to do nothing in its place.

Camp coffee is the most disgusting stuff EVER.
I have a bottle if anyone else wants to try it.
It’s made with chicory, is a liquid and for some bizarre reason I thought it tasted like sawdust, which is why I never tried it.
It doesn’t, it tastes like old people.
Think old men, hospital wards and you’re kinda getting there. About 30 yrs time that’s what you’ll be drinking PB |

You know what they are achievable. Funny because your post got me thinking. I really would have the opportunity to travel more if I learnt how to handle my money better.
Smoking well that is a tough one but doable.

My 50th is coming up soon. I've never put any thought towards what I'd like to have done by then. Usually, if I think of something I'd like to do, I either do it, or forget all about it after the next thought comes along.
