Never had the surgery but damaged the same one twice and still suffer now, it's really affected my ability to train upper body

Brighton - even Hove!

I’ve had the injury. Took about a year to sort out. Has painkillers then morphine, then steroid injections which sorted it with physio.

I havent had the op but i tore mine a few years ago and it really limits my excercise classes. I cant do shoulder work properly with les mills bodypump

Not surgery, but had ultrasound + physio for a year - had to wear the physio tape for ages, looked like i had some serious tats - got loads of compliments on them haha)

Still impacts my hobbies (dancing) .. And it is noticeably weaker than my left, especially when using free weights. Been 2-3 years now

Had the full rotator cuff repair last Friday. Already had a physiotherapist session on Tuesday.

Be interested to know if you get back to 100%..what is recovery time estimate?

Had all the pills,physio,ultrasound and injections.Waiting for more injections! Still cant excercise upper body 100%.
