Yeah, ma Dad had built & left the Bungalow that I had lived in all ma life, I'm an only child, and when we were running into some financial problems we took out a £20k loan secured against my property, as she was working at the time with a monthly salary (I was working for agencies on building sites) her name had to go on to the deeds.
We had split up about 6 years previously, but when I came to sell the property, she wanted 50% even though she had all of her own inheritances to come off both her parents and grandparents. That's why I now call her Greedy Bitch  |
