This is niche - yes, sorry, it's a gym topic - but I know there are some people here who know a thing or two about it.
Would anyone be able to point me in the direction of good resources to help me build my own gym routine? I have some I've had out together for me, but I'm looking to expand. I don't have enough knowledge to sort out what's reasonable or shit, or what I should be working on, but I suppose I'm not a complete beginner. |

I too am no expert, but I would guess that your end goals would have a big baring on the type of workout you require.
What are you wanting to achieve, weight-loss, muscle-building, better sport specific performance, increased pelvic floor control?
