This is niche - yes, sorry, it's a gym topic - but I know there are some people here who know a thing or two about it.

Would anyone be able to point me in the direction of good resources to help me build my own gym routine? I have some I've had out together for me, but I'm looking to expand. I don't have enough knowledge to sort out what's reasonable or shit, or what I should be working on, but I suppose I'm not a complete beginner.

I too am no expert, but I would guess that your end goals would have a big baring on the type of workout you require.

What are you wanting to achieve, weight-loss, muscle-building, better sport specific performance, increased pelvic floor control?

Bodybuilding of the com variety.

Dont be put off by the name, its full of routines and exercises for all shapes, goals and bodies.

I love it.
