I know who it was, one of my trainees. Made allegations about my behaviour during work when she was doing the same. It’s still going on, I’ve been suspended until it’s sorted. All I did was be on here!

A guy from a previous job, I was his Manager, and had to fire him.

He sent me a message through Fab, with a face pic, luckily he didn't realise it was me, just blocked.

Did you fire coz he was on fab or some other reason ? Coz that would be not cool

Why would I fire him for that? How would I explain knowing that one??

He joined Fab after he left

He was fired because of poor performance.
