Actually, I do know my history.

303 squadron accounted for some 400+ enemy aircraft destroyed. Commanded by Wing Commander Jan Zumbach, who became a Polish fighter ace during his time in the RAF.

Despite their amazing efforts during the Battle of Britain, they were subsequently, and scandalously, sent home after the war.

Don't forget the Czechs and the 100 odd other nationalities of those who volunteered to fight in the RAF.

Also the polish were quest heavily involved in operation market garden.

Why do you need Brexit? Britain was build on foreign workers, and you still have to pay till 2025 because you sign an agreement, your 360 mil won't go to nhs because English farmers take dotation from EU about 280 mil so we'll done for voting out

There and to the left a bit

OK I'm confused - you post 303 as the subject title and then ask do we know what it means? When, as has been shown, it could mean many things.

We then diverted, at the turn off just before Stonehenge I'm guessing, into the Boer war and whether Britain won the Second World War single handedly, which I don't think anyone has ever claimed it did.

So just what is this thread about?
