Not had one for 17 years and when I mention a suit everyone either sniggers or laughs. Then there's all the acronyms, KPI SHEQ RCA CDM MMS when did everything have to become a 3 letter buzzword!

Always a smart skirt suit for me for either job interviews or big meetings at current job. Have to make a good impression

I interview people sometimes as part of my job, I'd say its 50/50 those who come smartly dressed and those who are more casual.

I interview people and I’d expect them to be smartly dressed definitely.

I would expect anyone I was interviewing to be smartly dressed, not necessarily a suit, especially in warmer weather but jeans etc. would be a no-no. Even though they wouldn't need it for work, I would want them to put some effort in to impress me.

Granted I've only ever had two job interviews in my life. Wore a suit both times so clearly it didn't do any harm.

I know someone who had a naked job interview once...but I think a suit is probably the more sensible option..

What about the stupid behavioural test?

"Is it more important Tobe punctual or reliable?"

It won't let me click both!

"Is it more important to be methodic in a task or maintain a deadline?"

grrrrr it's both again! (isn't it?)
